Construction & renovation
Many sites. Only one of you.
A foreman on site won’t open a task tracker. But they will record a voice message in WhatsApp and send a photo. Zere turns that into tasks, deadlines and a report.
Typical tasks
What teams assign through Zere
Work stages
Screed, electrical, tiling: each stage has a person responsible, a deadline and a photo of the result.
Material requests
The foreman writes what’s missing, and the supply manager gets a task with a deadline — not a message in the group chat.
Client punch list
The client’s list of remarks is split into tasks. You can see which are closed and which are still hanging.
Equipment and tools
The hammer drill broke — a photo, one message, and the task goes to whoever does the repairs.
Stage sign-off
“Before” and “after” photos stay in the task history. Fewer “we did that” disputes.
Paperwork
Completion certificates, estimates, site passes: who prepares them and by what date.
Deadlines
Deadlines move only with your approval
On a construction site deadlines move all the time, and that’s normal. The problem is when they move silently and you find out on handover day.
When a foreman asks for a deadline change, Zere passes the request to you along with the reason. If you agree, the deadline changes. If you don’t, it stays — and the foreman knows it.
- Every deadline change is on record: who asked, why, and what you answered.
- The evening report shows which sites are on schedule and which aren’t.
What’s next
Coming next for construction
Expenses by photo soon
Snap a photo of the hardware store receipt, and the expense is logged against the site.
Approvals soon
An advance for the crew, a purchase over the estimate: the request moves along the chain, and each person answers “yes” or “no.”
Clock-in and clock-out soon
Check-in on site by location: who was there and when.
Questions
What construction teams ask
The signal on site is poor.
The message and the photo will go out once the signal is back, as in any messaging app. Zere replies as soon as she gets them.
Our crews often come from other cities and countries. What language should they write in?
Today Zere works in Russian. English and Kazakh are in progress; we’ll add other languages on request.
Can we split tasks by site?
Yes: each site has its own group chat and its own people, and you get a report for each site plus a combined one.
