Tasks in Telegram — like chatting with a colleague
In Telegram, Zere is a contact with a name and a number, not a bot with buttons and commands. People write to her in plain words, and she answers the same way.
What stays the same
One assistant, two messaging apps
The same tasks
A task assigned in WhatsApp is visible in Telegram, and vice versa. The history is shared.
The same Zere
The name, the tone and the rules are identical. Nobody has to get used to her all over again.
Everyone chooses for themselves
One employee works in WhatsApp, another in Telegram. Zere writes to each of them where they expect her.
Backup channel
If one messaging app is unavailable
Tasks and history are stored with Zere, not in the messaging app. If something happens to one channel, employees carry on in the other and not a single task is lost.
That’s why we recommend connecting both channels from the start, even if the whole team lives in WhatsApp.
Groups
Work chats in Telegram
Zere joins a group as a regular member. She replies when addressed, creates tasks from the conversation and sums up the discussion.
Questions
Questions about Telegram
Is it a bot?
No. It’s an account on a separate number that belongs to your company. That’s why Zere can message an employee first and take part in groups like a regular contact.
Does an employee have to tap anything to get started?
Sending Zere a first message is enough. She introduces herself, says that she is an AI assistant and asks for consent.
Can we use Telegram only, without WhatsApp?
Yes. The channels are independent: connect the one your team uses.
