AI assistant for business·WhatsApp · Telegram

Assign it by voice. Zere gets it to “done”.

Zere is an AI assistant on your company’s own number. Your team creates and closes tasks with ordinary messages in WhatsApp and Telegram, with nothing to install. In the evening you see what’s done, what’s at risk and who has gone quiet.

Now onboarding our first companies

  1. 00

You say it — the task is assigned

Marat dictated the task the way he always does. Zere transcribed it, found Aidos, set the deadline and priority, and sent him a message.

  2. 01

The task arrives where people already chat

Aidos didn’t install anything or sign up anywhere. The task came to his messaging app from Zere, with the author, deadline and priority. He replied “got it” — and that is on record too.

  3. 02

Zere remembers the deadline for everyone

She reminds the day before and on the due date. The assignee replies with one word or a photo. Done on time — the points are added straight away.

  4. 03

Works in your work group chats

Add Zere to a group. She stays quiet until someone addresses her: “Zere, assign Daniyar…”. A task that comes up in conversation no longer gets buried in the chat.

  5. 04

    Deadlines don’t move silently

The assignee asks for more time — Zere asks the task’s author. If the answer is “yes”, the deadline changes; if it’s “no”, it stays. Either answer is recorded.

  6. 05

    By evening you know everything

One report at the end of the day: what’s done, what’s in progress, what’s overdue and who hasn’t replied. No calling around, no “remind me, where are we with…”.

  • You bought a task tracker — and nobody opens it.Two people out of twenty install the app. The rest “didn’t get around to it”.
  • Tasks live in voice messages and chats.A day later nobody remembers who was told what.
  • To find out what’s done, you have to call around. And when you ask “why isn’t it ready?”, the answer is “nobody told me”.

Audit trail

Every task leaves a trail

Who assigned it and when. When the message was delivered and read. What the assignee replied, how many times they asked for more time, when they finished. Every task has a history, so “I didn’t see it” no longer works.

All company tasks — in one list

By person, deadline and priority. Anything at risk sits at the top. You don’t have to scroll through chats to see where things are stuck.

Points

On time — a plus.
Missed the deadline — a minus.

Every task you assign has a priority: high, medium or low. The priority decides how much the task is worth. Say “urgent” and Zere sets it to high herself.

Weekly leaderboard

Everyone sees it. Zere sends it out on Friday evening.

  3. 3Madina

  4. 4Daniyar

  • Points can stay a simple leaderboard, or you can tie them to the bonus: you set the price of a point.
  • Zere doesn’t judge anyone. She counts three facts by your rules: on time, late, not done.
  • Every point has a basis — a task and its history. People can argue with facts, not with an opinion.

More about points and the leaderboard

What’s next

We start with tasks. Then — everything else that runs through chat.

    Tasks and points

Assigning by voice and text, reminders, group chats, the evening report, the leaderboard.

  2. soon

    Expenses from a photo

Take a photo of an invoice or a receipt and the expense is logged: what was bought, for how much, under which category.

  3. soon

    Approvals

A pay advance, a day off, a purchase. The request moves along the chain and each person answers “yes” or “no”.

  4. soon

    Clocking in and out

The employee shares their location — Zere notes that they are on site.

Channels

Where your people already are

WhatsApp

A dedicated number for your company. One-to-one chats with every employee, plus work group chats.

Telegram

The same assistant and the same task history. Each employee picks whichever suits them better.

App soon

For the manager, on iOS and Android: all tasks, reports and the leaderboard in one place.

Tasks and history are stored with Zere, not in the messaging app. Change the number or the channel — nothing is lost.

The honest part

What to know before you start

Zere is an AI and doesn’t pretend to be human

In her first message she introduces herself as an assistant and asks for consent. Anyone who doesn’t want to talk to an AI writes to their manager directly.

Rules and money are up to you

Zere counts and reminds. The points grid, bonuses and decisions about people are set by the manager.

Your company’s data is yours

We’ll export your tasks and history as soon as you ask, and delete them if you decide to leave.

Questions

The first things people ask, in brief

Do employees need to install anything?

No. They save Zere’s number and message her like any other contact: by text, voice message or photo.

What number does Zere write from?

From your company’s number, the one you connect. We recommend getting a separate number for her rather than using the one your customers write to.

What if an employee doesn’t reply?

Zere reminds them about the deadline, and if the task’s author asks, she keeps reminding until the person answers. You’ll see that the message was delivered and read, and the evening report names those who stayed silent.

What happens if the WhatsApp number gets blocked?

Zere is an independent service and not a WhatsApp product, so we give no guarantees for this channel. Tasks and history are stored with Zere: you connect another number or carry on in Telegram, and work continues.

Does she understand voice messages? In which languages?

Today Zere works in Russian — voice messages included, with names and workplace vocabulary. English and Kazakh are in progress. If your team works in another language, mention it in your pilot request.

Are points mandatory?

No. You can run just tasks and reports. Points are switched on separately, and you set up the grid to suit your team.

How much does it cost?

We discuss terms with pilot participants individually. We’ll announce pricing after the pilot.
