Pilot
Try Zere with your team
Right now we’re onboarding our first companies, and we do it by hand: together we set up the number, add employees and watch how the team starts working with Zere.
How it works
Five steps
Request
Leave your details in the form below. We’ll message you on WhatsApp.
Intro call
A short conversation: how many people you have, how tasks are handed out today, where it hurts.
Setup
We set up the number and add employees and work group chats. It usually takes one day.
A month of work
The team uses Zere; we stay in touch and fix whatever gets in the way.
Review
We look at it together: are employees replying, are you reading the report, are fewer tasks getting lost.
What we need from you
Three things
A separate number
A SIM card for Zere. Not the number your customers write to.
A list of employees
Names and phone numbers of the people who will receive tasks. You can start with one department or one shift.
One point person
Someone who assigns tasks every day and is ready to tell us what’s inconvenient.
Who it’s for
The pilot is a good fit if…
You have 10–100 people
And most of them don’t work at a computer: shifts, a warehouse, a site, call-outs.
Tasks go through a messaging app
Voice messages, work group chats, direct messages — and some of them get lost.
You’re ready to experiment
The product is young. In the pilot you help shape what it becomes.

Questions
Questions about the pilot
How much does the pilot cost?
We discuss terms with the first companies individually. We’ll announce pricing after the pilot.
How long does it last?
About a month: that’s enough to see whether it has taken root.
What happens to our data if we don’t stay?
We’ll export your tasks and history if you need them, and delete them on our side.
We’re not in Kazakhstan. Can we take part?
Write to us. We’re starting in Kazakhstan, but we do consider requests from other countries.
