Technician on the road, task in their pocket

Cleaning, appliance repair, installation, delivery: your people are on the road all day. Zere sends tasks to their messaging app and collects reports while the dispatcher takes care of clients.

Typical tasks

What teams assign through Zere

Call-outs

Address, time, what to do. The technician replies “got it,” and the dispatcher knows the job is underway.

Before-and-after photos

A report with no paperwork: the photo stays in the task history and comes in handy in a dispute with a client.

Materials and supplies

“We’re running low on cleaning products” becomes a task for the supply manager, with a deadline.

Return visits

If someone needs to come back, the new task is created right away, while the technician is still on site.

Complaints

A client complaint goes to the person responsible as a high-priority task instead of getting lost in the chat.

Schedule

Who’s at which site tomorrow: each person gets their own task with an address and a time.

Dispatcher

Fewer “where are you?” calls

The dispatcher assigns a task by voice and goes back to clients. Has the technician accepted the job, set off, finished? The replies show it — no calls needed.

In the evening the manager gets a report: how many call-outs were completed, which fell through and why.

  • Technicians don’t need an app: the messaging app they already have is enough.
  • You can see who closes jobs on time and who needs reminding.

What’s next

Coming next for field service

Clock-in and clock-out soon

The technician shares their location from the site, and Zere notes that they’re there.

Expenses by photo soon

Snap a photo of the receipt for supplies, and the expense is logged against the job.

Approvals soon

A pay advance, a day off, an urgent purchase: the request moves along the chain of approvers.

Questions

What service companies ask

Do clients message Zere too?

No. Zere works inside the team: with employees and the manager. Conversations with clients stay on your main number.

We have our own job management system. Will Zere replace it?

Not necessarily. Zere can take tasks from the dispatcher, and we build the link to your job management system on request.

Our technicians work shifts. Do tasks arrive at night?

Zere sends reminders during working hours. A new task arrives when it’s assigned.

Try it with one crew

We’re onboarding our first service companies. You can start with just a few technicians.
