WhatsApp

A task manager that lives in WhatsApp

Employees don’t install apps or learn an interface. They message Zere the way they message each other: by text, voice or photo.

Why WhatsApp

Because it’s already open

Everyone has it

No need to talk anyone into installing one more app and remembering a password.

Voice messages

A task in seven seconds, on the go. Zere transcribes it and writes up the task herself.

Work group chats

You already have them. Zere joins and catches tasks as they come up in conversation.

Delivered and read

You can see whether the task reached the person. “I didn’t see it” stops being an answer.

Getting connected

Four steps, one day

  1. A separate number

Get Zere a number of her own. Not the one your customers write to.

  2. Connecting

You link the number to Zere — it takes a few minutes.

  3. Employees

Each person saves Zere’s number and sends her a “hi”. She introduces herself and asks for consent.

  4. Groups

Add Zere to the work chats where tasks usually get handed out.

A separate number

Why not your company’s main number

Your main number carries your conversations with customers. A task assistant doesn’t need them, and you don’t need them passing through one more service.

A separate number is also clearer for employees: Zere has her own name and her own profile picture, so nobody mistakes her for the sales team.

Being honest about WhatsApp

Zere is an independent service and not a WhatsApp product, so we give no guarantees for this channel. If the number gets blocked, your tasks and history don’t go anywhere: they are stored with Zere. You connect another number or carry on in Telegram, and work continues.

Questions

Questions about WhatsApp

Do we need WhatsApp Business?

No, regular WhatsApp on a separate number is fine.

Does Zere message employees first?

Yes — when they are assigned a task or a deadline is coming up. But first each employee writes to her and gives consent: that’s how she knows the number is right and the person is ready to work with her.

Does she read my personal chats?

No. The separate number only has the conversations with Zere and the groups you’ve added her to.

What if an employee doesn’t have WhatsApp?

They can work with Zere in Telegram. The tasks are shared; everyone chooses their own channel.
