What Zere sees, what she stores and what she decides

An assistant that reads work conversations has to be easy to understand. This page says plainly how she works and what we don’t promise.

AI

Zere is an AI and doesn’t pretend to be human

She introduces herself

In her first message Zere tells the employee that she is the company’s AI assistant and explains what she can do.

She asks for consent

Work begins only after the employee has written to her and agreed.

You can do without her

Anyone who doesn’t want to talk to an AI writes to their manager directly. The manager creates the task on their behalf.

What she sees

Only what is addressed to her

Zere sees the direct messages people send her and the messages in groups she has been added to. Nothing else.

She can’t see what employees write to each other, their personal chats or their contacts: she has no access to them. That is exactly why we ask you to connect a separate number, not the one you use to talk to customers.

  • Direct messages to Zere — yes.
  • Groups she has been added to — yes.
  • Chats between employees — no.
  • Customer conversations on your main number — no.

What she stores

Tasks, their history and what she needs to answer

Tasks and their history

Who assigned what to whom, deadlines, replies, deadline changes, delivery marks.

Messages and files

Conversations with Zere and messages from connected groups, plus the files attached to tasks.

The employee list

The names, job titles and phone numbers that you added yourself.

Who processes it

The models are third-party; the decisions are yours

To understand a message, transcribe a voice message or read a photo, Zere passes it to AI models run by third-party providers. We ourselves do not train models on your conversations.

Where and how your company’s data is stored is set out in the contract before you connect.

Whose data

Your company’s data is yours

Export

On request we hand over your tasks and their history in a convenient format.

Deletion

If you leave, we delete your company’s data on our side.

No reselling

We don’t share or sell company data to third parties, for advertising or any other purpose.

Who decides

A person decides about people and money

Zere doesn’t evaluate employees. She counts facts: a task was done on time, done late, or not done. The points grid, the size of the bonus and any decisions about people are set by the manager.

Every point has a basis — a specific task and its history. An employee can ask why a point was added or taken away, and get an answer.

How points work

About WhatsApp and Telegram

Zere is an independent service and is not a WhatsApp or Telegram product. We give no guarantees that these channels will keep working: the rules of each messaging app are set by its owner. If one channel becomes unavailable, tasks and history stay with Zere, and work continues in the other.

Questions

Questions about data

Do employees know that their messages in the group are stored?

They should. We recommend telling the team before you add Zere to the chat, and Zere introduces herself when she is added.

Can a single task or message be deleted?

Yes, at the manager’s request.

Which of our employees can see other people’s tasks?

An employee sees their own tasks: the ones assigned to them and the ones they assigned. All company tasks are visible to the managers you have named.

Still have questions about data?

Send a request — we’ll answer before you connect and put the terms in the contract.
