Shops & warehouses
Displays, deliveries and price tags — without calling every store
Sales staff and warehouse workers work with their hands, not at a computer. The easiest way for them to get a task is in a messaging app, and the easiest way to report back is a photo.
Typical tasks
What teams assign through Zere
Shelf displays
A “how it should look” photo goes out, a “how we did it” photo comes back. No arguing over whether it’s done.
Goods receiving
Who receives the delivery, by what time, what to check. The employee reports any discrepancies in the same task.
Inventory counts
Count sheets, the count, reconciliation: every stage has its own assignee and its own deadline.
Price tags and promotions
“Change the dairy price tags by Friday” won’t get lost in the group chat.
Stock requests
A sales assistant writes that something is running low, and the buyer gets a task — not a message that will sink in the chat.
Store upkeep
Cleaning, display windows, the sign. One photo a day, and you see the store without driving over.
Several locations
One summary instead of five chats
With several locations, the manager lives in chats: each one has its own questions and its own “we’ll do it tomorrow.” Zere sits in every work group chat and sends one summary in the evening.
It shows what’s done at each location, what’s overdue and where nobody has replied.
What’s next
Coming next for retail
Expenses by photo soon
Snap a photo of the invoice or receipt, and the expense is logged under the right category.
Approvals soon
A pay advance, a day off, a purchase over the limit: the request moves along the chain of approvers.
Clock-in and clock-out soon
Check-in at the store by location — no turnstiles, no sign-in sheets.
Questions
What shops ask
Are the photos stored?
Yes, the photo stays in the task history. A month later you can open the task and see what was done.
Staff come and go. What happens to their tasks?
Open tasks can be handed over to another employee. The history is kept.
Will Zere replace our inventory or accounting system?
No. Zere is about tasks and follow-up. You’ll be able to connect your system to Zere — we build integrations on request.
Try it at one location
We’re onboarding our first shops. You can start with one store or one warehouse.
