Reports & history
By evening you know what got done
One report at the end of the day instead of calling around. And if you need to get to the bottom of a particular task, its whole history is there — from the moment it was assigned to “done”.
Evening report
Four answers to one question: “where do we stand?”
Done
Tasks closed during the day: by whom, and whether on time.
In progress
What has been accepted and is moving, and the date it was promised for.
Overdue
Whose deadline has passed, how long ago, and what the assignee said.
Silent
People whose task was delivered and read, but who haven’t replied.
Audit trail
Every task has a history
Who assigned it and when. When the message was delivered and read. What the assignee replied, how many times they asked for more time, when they finished.
This settles the main argument: “nobody told me” and “I didn’t see it”. The history shows what was said and what was seen.

Manager dashboard
All company tasks — in one list
By person, deadline and priority. Anything at risk sits at the top. You don’t have to scroll through chats to see where things are stuck.
You can also ask a quick question in the chat: “how’s the price list task going?” or “what does Yerzhan still have open?” — Zere answers right away.
Delivery
You can see whether the message arrived
A task counts as assigned once the person has received it. Zere shows that the message was delivered and read.
If a message isn’t delivered for several hours — say, the employee changed their number — the manager gets an alert instead of finding out a week later.
Questions
Questions about reports
Who gets the evening report?
The owner and the managers you name. Employees only get what concerns their own tasks.
Can I look at last month’s tasks?
Yes. Tasks and their history are stored with Zere and don’t disappear, even if you change your number or messaging app.
Is the dashboard a separate app?
For now it’s a page the manager opens in a browser. An app for iOS and Android is in the works. Employees need neither.
