Group chats
Tasks from the group chat no longer get lost
Add Zere to the team chat. She stays quiet until someone addresses her, but she remembers what was agreed and turns words into tasks with a deadline and an assignee.
How it works
A task straight from the conversation
In a group it usually goes like this: someone says “we need to do this”, everyone agrees, and a day later nobody remembers. With Zere, one phrase is enough: “Zere, assign Daniyar…”.
The task lands in Daniyar’s direct messages, with the author, deadline and priority. From there it works like any other task: reminders, the “done” reply, history.
- You can refer to what was said above: “Zere, assign this to Gulnara by tomorrow”.
- Photos and documents from the group are attached to the task.
- Zere transcribes voice messages in the group just as she does in direct messages.
Quiet by default
She doesn’t get in the way of the conversation
Zere doesn’t comment on every message or chip in with advice. She replies in three cases: someone called her by name, mentioned her with @, or replied to her message.
The rest of the time she simply listens — so that later she can say exactly who promised what.
Summaries
What was decided — in one message
Summary on request
“Zere, summary for today” — she pulls together the decisions, tasks and open questions, with names.
Digest for the manager
In the evening a short digest of the active groups arrives: what was discussed and what is still unresolved.
Ask in a direct message
Weren’t in the chat all day? Ask Zere in a direct message: “what was discussed in the warehouse group?”.
What Zere sees
Zere reads only the groups she has been added to and the direct messages people send her. She can’t see what employees write to each other, or any other chats. Group messages are stored so that she can tell you what was decided there — more in Data & security.
Questions
Questions about group chats
Does Zere need to be a group admin?
No. She is added as a regular member.
How many groups can she be in?
As many as you need: shifts, departments, sites. Each group gets its own summary.
Does she respond to people who aren’t on the employee list?
No. If there are outsiders in the group, Zere politely declines their requests: only your company’s employees can assign tasks.
Can a task in a group be assigned to several people at once?
Each task goes to one assignee, so it’s clear who is responsible. Several people get several tasks.
